Caring for the Carer
Winter Retreat
ARC Retreat Center
February 28-March 2, 2025
We are parents, grandparents, nurses, teachers, social workers, etc.
We are people who serve people. We are Carers. We are Givers. We spend much our time and energy making sure that other people are taken care of. We tend to sacrifice our own wellness on behalf of other people – and it can leave our cups empty.
And you cannot pour from an empty cup.
You deserve a weekend focused on filling your own cup.

Sarah is amazing! I attended a weekend wellness retreat that she organized that was rejuvenating, healing, and has given me the tools to prioritize wellness in the coming year. After working with Sarah, I wanted to share the experience with my family and I purchased coaching packages for three family members. I highly recommend working with Sarah.
I have had the opportunity to work with Sarah over the past several years. I participated in a program called Positive Intelligence. Sarah facilitated our weekly pod meetings. She was encouraging and supportive as I worked my way through the program. She was able to help me see how my mindset was affecting my self-confidence and my desire to take chances.
I also attending a weekend retreat that Sarah led on self-compassion. The small and large group sessions she led helped me to truly understand self-compassion; while giving me practical tools to put what I learned into practice in my life.
If you are looking for a life coach that is caring and supportive and someone that can help you make positive changes Sarah is the coach for you.
I higly recommend Sarah as a retreat leader and wellness coach. She is creative, inspiring and very affirming. I hope to attend another retreat led by Sarah. Sarah is particularly skilled at leading groups for people working in the health care field.
