In this program you will:

1. Start by getting clear on your goals, on how you really want to be living your life. What is important to you? Becoming clear on your “why” will provide you the energy and motivation to create lasting change. 

 2. Develop awareness of where your money is currently going each month. “Awareness is like the sun. When it shines on things, they are transformed.” -Thich Nhat Hanh says

3. Examine and disrupt some of the current habits that are not serving you. This part can be scary for some of us, but know that I will support you every step of the way. 

4. With a clean slate, you can now create and adopt new habits that actually align with your goals and values and support you in living the life you want to live.

Option One:  14 weeks of one-on-one coaching through the Mindful Money Program  – $150

  • Three 75 minute coaching calls 
  • Weekly email lessons that walk you through the program

  • Email support for any questions that come up between coaching calls.

Option Two: 14 weeks of Email-Only Self Coaching through the Mindful Money Program – $40

Package Includes:

  • Weekly email lessons that walk you through the Mindful Money program

  • Email support throughout the entire 14 weeks (and beyond)
